2. Go to 'manage program' on your account
3. Send your friends and family your unique referral link and code
4. They get a discount on a qualifying order
5. You get a discount for their order too!

What has happened to your reward points programme?

Our Smile points rewards scheme retired in December 2022 in favour of our generous new referral scheme with MentionMe.

Points and tiers are no longer be available.

Is there any cost to joining the referral program?

No! Our referral program is completely free to join, you only pay for your orders and subscriptions.

How do I join the Arena Flowers referral program?

When you register for an account with us, you'll automatically be signed up to the referral program. Just go to your account and click 'manage program' to start using your referral code. Easy peasy!

When will I lose my leftover points and vouchers?

Since December 2022, all points and vouchers are no longer valid. Any VIP tiers achieved are also no longer valid.

What will happen to my VIP tier perks

VIP tier perks are no longer available.

Has another scheme replaced the Arena Rewards programme?

Yes! In December 2022 we introduced a new and very generous referral scheme through MentionMe, which continues to reward you and your loved ones. Every time you refer a friend or family member and they purchase a qualifying order, you'll both get a discount on letterbox flowers, bouquets, plants and also subscriptions.
