Can you deliver to Hospitals/Carehomes?
We can deliver to hospitals and care homes; we would ask that you call the ward or check with the home to ensure they receive deliveries as it has become increasingly challenging for our courier to make deliveries at hospitals especially, as they are refused at the door and in this case the flowers are taken back by the courier. We would recommend for hospital deliveries to consider delivering them to a loved one who might be visiting.
Are the flowers delivered in the vase?
If you have ordered a vase with our stunning arrangements, it will arrive in the box with the arrangement, securely packed. The flowers will not be placed in the vase for transit as they are wrapped and have a moisture wrap around the base to keep your hand-tied bouquets hydrated.
