  • Can we you make a custom arrangement?

    We have an extensive range of beautifully designed and seasonal bouquets. We can, with enough notice and if available make small amendments to the products seen online. This would exclude our peak periods Christmas, Valentines and Mother’s Day.
  • Can you deliver at a set time?

    Our Standard delivery window is between 8am–6pm. Our courier will send you tracking details and an estimated time of delivery on the morning of your delivery. They also offer in-flight options to manage the delivery. If the recipient is not going to be in, the flowers can be placed in a safely designated place or with a neighbour. The flowers are securely packed inside an Arena box. We also offer Morning Delivery options.
